On the 31st March 2023, the children of Sinethemba got to take part in an Easter Egg hunt at the centre. There was huge excitement from early in the morning as rumors spread through the classrooms about a visit from the Easter Bunny. The children kept sneaking looks out of the classroom to see if they could spot him.
After snack time, each class got a turn to head outside to see if the Bunny had left them any treats. To all of their joy, they each found 2 eggs in the garden and a bag of eggs in their bags to take home. Great fun was had by all.
We would like to thank The Fish Hoek Lions club who organized Easter Eggs through the various schools in the Valley. We would also like to thank the children of The Rock Academy school who did a special collection of eggs for Sinethemba. We are truly grateful for your continued support of our Centre.
