On the 19th May 2022, we were able to take some of our Cerebral Palsy children through to Red Cross Children’s hospital for their biannual Doctor’s check-up and seating clinic.
This is a wonderful opportunity for the parents, our therapists and the doctors who oversee our children to make sure that the child is on the correct medication and that we are all doing everything that we can for each child. We also have this opportunity to take their seating equipment to the seating department at Red Cross to have it all adjusted as each child grows.
We are very grateful to the doctor’s at Red Cross who help us make this block booking a possibility.
We would also like to acknowledge and thank South Peninsula Tool Hire for making a trailer available for us on the day so that we can transport the children’s school as well as their home assistive devices to and from Red Cross Children’s Hospital.
