We were delighted to welcome the dental team from False Bay Hospital to Sinatamba Special Care Centre for their recent outreach visit. This valued partnership plays an important role in supporting the health and wellbeing of our learners.

During the visit, the team conducted dental screenings for all our children, helping to identify any oral health concerns and facilitating referrals to relevant dental departments at hospitals where further treatment may be required. This ensures that our learners have access to the dental care they need.

In addition, each child received a toothbrush and a tube of toothpaste, providing them with essential tools to support good oral hygiene and encourage healthy dental care habits at home.
