Term two at Sinethemba was filled with lots of fun activities for the children. Our new Programme Implementors have been coming up with some wonderful new activities that are linked to our learning programme theme of “In our house”.
We had dress up days where the children got to choose different hats and clothing for the day. Our young adult class did some baking. We had the bubble blowing activity which caused great excitement as the children blew the bubbles big enough to then get to destroy them and start again. There were plenty of physical games such as bean bag throwing and jumping in hoops which kept them going. And then, to end off all of those exciting activities, we had a hot chocolate day.
We can’t wait to see what the children get up to in term three.
