On the 2nd February 2024, Sinethemba was blessed to have two exercise coaches, Ayabulela and Vuyo, from the local community, volunteer their time to do some stretching exercises with the children and staff.
Everyone was very excited and jumped right into action. The children and staff gave it everything they had and it was wonderful to see everyone taking part and enjoying themselves in the process.
The day was such a success that it has now become a regular event on Friday’s. We are so grateful to have members of our community who are willing to share their skills and come in to support our children.
