On the 18th July 2023, Sinethemba was spoilt by many organisations requesting to support us for Mandela day.
The morning started with Sotheby’s Kommetjie and some of their partners from STBB bringing a wonderful donation of socks for the children. This was truly appreciated with the extremely cold Winter that we are having.
We then had a group from the Ubuntu Centre here in Masiphumelele join us to do activities with the children. They enjoyed helping the children to decorate some delicious biscuits as their activity for the day.
The final treat for the day was a donation of a huge pot of vegetable soup from the Harbour House. The children loved their meal which warmed their tummy’s and their hearts for the day.
We are truly grateful to all three organizations that supported Sinethemba Special Care Centre on the day. Thank you!
