The Fish Hoek – Kommetjie – Noordhoek Welfare Association held its 71st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on the 30th September 2025 at Sinethemba Special Care Centre. The meeting brought together parents, and supporters of the center to review the past year.

The meeting included:

• Presentation of the annual report and audited financial statements
• Re-election and appointment of Committee members
• Celebrating Isabella Vigis for 35 years of service to Sinethemba
• Open forum where those present could raise any matters
• A minute of silence to remember Thandi Nokonqweni, our beloved cleaner who passed a couple of days prior

The Committee expressed their gratitude to the parents and staff for their continued trust and support, emphasizing the organization’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and care for the children of Sinethemba.
